About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support company growth. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits: None

Work Location: One location (Monday to Friday)

Requirements

  • Collect revenue efficiently, utilizing proper channels and resources, on time while maintaining customer relations.

  • Managing time and priorities with the field crew.

  • Handling urgent issues and challenges as they arise on a daily basis.

  • Making different types of phone calls to customers, employees, and vendors throughout the day.

  • Communicating with our insurance company.

  • Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will have the following experience:


  • A results-driven personality.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Takes direction well,

  • A work ethic that includes an understanding that communication with team members and the manager is required to be successful.

  • Ability to produce and provide solutions to obstacles.

  • Experience using Quickbooks and more.

  • Punctuality.

  • Preferred Requirements: 3-5 years experience in the roofing, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
