About the Role
We have an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Project Manager/External Sales. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted business venture. We are a four-year commercial and industrial roofing company that needs to expand in South Jersey. We are looking to hire a salesperson with sales knowledge. He must be able to climb a ladder and close the sale with the owner of the building. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term—growth in a small business environment.
Year-end compensation for this position is between $80k - $150k.

Work Location: One location (Monday to Friday)
Requirements
Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business.
Help to develop new territorial accounts through cold calling, prospecting, networking, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
Sales activites include new account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations.
Candidate Qualifications:
Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
Experience in growing market share.
Must have a tenancious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.
Strong mathematics and computer skills.
Strong sales tracking abilities.
